Why is my delivery status showing as failed?

Your delivery can fail for a few different reasons. For eg, if no one was at home to sign for the order, if the driver could not get access to your property or if you were unable to present valid ID at the point of delivery and other unforeseen events. In the event of a failed delivery, you will receive an SMS with a link to reschedule your delivery, cancel your order or Pick it up from your local store.
